- Assess site condition and constraints at site

- Provide schedule of proposed materials such as cladding, render etc.
- Client reviews proposed design and drawings

- Confirm statutory and council requirements
3. DA & Construction Docs: Getting Started
- Finalise Draft Drawings including floor plans, elevations and sections
- Prepare specifications and schedules in accordance with drawings
- Lodge Development Application (if required)
- Complete specifications for Construction Drawings
- Client approval of Construction Drawings and final payment
- Issue Construction Drawings and hand over to client
